With us at OCCAS you can book experiences directly through our channels; website, phone and email.
We reserve the right to make printing errors.
The information and images on the website are the property of the company or partners and may not be copied without permission.
Prices
All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor including 6%, 12% and 25% VAT. In the shopping cart you see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping and payments.
Payment
Payment is made by the chosen payment method at checkout.
If you pay by credit card, the money is deducted directly from your account and then processed in our booking system after the purchase has been made.
Regarding the security of online credit card payments, all payment information is encrypted. Since OCCAS works with an authorized payment service provider, credit card information is handled properly and in accordance with international security standards.
Right of withdrawal
When you book your experience with us at OCCAS, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the day your experience was booked.
If you regret your purchase, it is important that you notify us in writing. The message should be sent to us at info@traveloccas.se. Your message should clearly state your order number and the goods/experiences you wish to cancel/change. You cannot withdraw if the 14-day withdrawal period has passed.
Refund policy
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you have paid for the product or experience. The refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day you exercised your right of withdrawal.
Personal data and privacy policy
In order to manage and deliver your order, we need to process your personal data. All our processing of personal data takes place in accordance with current personal data legislation.
The data that is processed is the data that you provide, for example, when placing orders, contacting customer service or similar. The information you provide includes contact information, billing address ("personal data"). The personal data is necessary for OCCAS to achieve its purposes. Some information may also be obtained from public registers or from other publicly available sources.
The main legal basis for the processing is that the processing is necessary for OCCAS to fulfill its obligations to its customers. Some processing is also based on OCCAS's legitimate interest in being able to conduct its business in an efficient and secure manner and on OCCAS's obligation to comply with legal obligations.
Personal data may be shared with authorities and other parties that OCCAS engages to achieve the purposes, such as booking through external parties. In some cases, these parties may be based in countries outside the EU/EEA. If the European Commission does not consider that the country ensures an adequate level of protection, the transfer to the third party will be supported by the Commission's standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to a country outside the EU/EEA, see Articles 45-46 of Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"). The processing of personal data will continue for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes or as long as OCCAS is obliged to do so. Thereafter, the personal data will be deleted. You can also use this address if you want to exercise any of the rights you have as a registered person under the GDPR. Please note that the rights under the GDPR are not absolute and that invoking a right therefore does not necessarily lead to an action. Your rights under the GDPR include the following:
Right of access
According to Article 15 GDPR, you have the right to access the Personal Data and to be informed about the processing. This information is contained in this document.
Right to rectification
Under Article 16 GDPR, you have the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purpose of the processing, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have the personal data erased on the basis of Article 17 GDPR.
